The ingredients needed to prepare Pav Bhaji Pizza:
- Get Pizza base (make sure it is soft)
- Use cubes Cheese
- You need Pav bhaji Everest masala
- Use Cauliflower
- Use Peas
- Get Capsicum
- Use Cabbage (not needed if only pav bhaji)
- Use Potato
- Get Ginger
- You need Garlic
- Provide Coriander
- Use Green chilli

- Take Tomato
- Prepare Maggi hot & sweet sauce

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji Pizza:
- Mix cauliflower, cabbage, peas and capsicum and place it in water and boil in pressure cooker.
- Keep Two potatoes (no need to peel) in water and boil in pressure cooker.
- Prepare paste of ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander and mix in a mixer. Add onion tomato to the mixture and mix again.
- Replace hot water with cold water and peel potatoes.
- Mix peeled potatoes with boiled vegetable mixture and smash everything.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add rai jeera, hing. Add onion and stir until onion becomes golden brown. Add butter.
- Add the paste of ginger, garlic etc made in step 3 and stir for a while until you get a good aroma. Add tomato and coriander.
- Add turmeric, Everest pav bhaji masala 2.5 spoon, salt.
- Add all mixture of vegetables and stir. Add little water (as per need). Don't forget to taste and adjust salt if necessary.
- Apply butter to the both sides of pizza base and Mix Maggi Hot & sweet sauce with little water and apply on TOP of the pizza base.
- Add little butter to frying pan (Low gas) and place the pizza base. Add pav bhaji. Add some shredded cheese on top and close the lid. (Move the base time to time and check back side of base).
