- Wash potatoes and put in cooker to boil with enough water and lil salt
- After 2 whistle switch off gas and take potato out.
- Peel potatoes and keep aside in a bowl.
- Cut from middle in 2 halves and sprinkle turmericpowder and salt on same.
- Now in a kadhai take oil to fry these potatoes.
- Once oil is hot put potatoes and fry them till golden brown.
