- Wash and dry the bhindi/orka nicely.. Cut its tail and head and choop it..
- In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds once crackels add asefetida, green chillies chopped, ginger paste saute it for second add long chopped onion saute it for 10 seconds add chopped bhindi/ orka mix well..
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder and mix well.. Cover it and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.. If not cooked nicely cook it for more 5 minutes.. once done add lemon juice and garam masala mix well..
