  3. Prepare Pounded pepper and spices
  4. Prepare 3 tablespoons ground crayfish

  6. Take 2 stock cubes

  1. Cut plantains into small chunky rings. Set aside. Cut onions in cubes and set aside.
  2. Cut efo(green leaves) and set aside too.
