- Provide 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Use 6 Coconut oil spoon
- Prepare Salt as per requirement

Instructions to make "Palaada"with Beef coconut masala:
- For palada soak white rice for 3 hrs
- Grind rice with water smoothly. Add egg then grind it again.
- Mix it with coconut milk.
- Drain it.
- Make the batter loosely.Add salt.
- Take a fry pan and keep it into the stove with medium flame
- When Pan get hot lift it up with left hand and with right hand pour 1 big spoon full of batter into it and twist the pan to spread the batter in to the whole pan in thinnest way. After one minute take it out from the pan now the palada is ready now. and you can Fold it into triangle shape.
- Fo beef masala –wash and drain the beef.
- Grind green chilli, ginger, garlic First. Then add cinnamon, clove and cardamom pepper agin grind it. Take 1/2 spoon grinded mixture and keep it aside. Remaining part add in to the beef. Grind small onion and add to it.
- Add big onion sliced. Then add 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder fennel seeds coconut slices fennel powder and salt into the beef. Mix it well then add tomato sliced, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Cook it with medium flame. When it is 75% cooked remove from the flame.(pressure cooker only 3-4 fusilli)
- Take a kadai heat the oil add 1/4 tsp fenugreek seed add curry leaves and use the above ginger garlic mix kept separately. Fry it until it get brown and add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, pepper powder and garam masala.
- Add beef masala in to the above mix. Add ghee also.
- Stir till when the gravy thickened.
