- Namak, haldi powder, Kutti hue lal mirch,
- Or green chilli dal ke achi tarhan 5-6 mint take bhunnen,
- Jab masalah bhunn jaey to us mein fry ki hue bhindi dalen or mix kar ke dam pe rakh dein 6-7 mint take.
- 6-7 mint bad is ko kholen or mix kar ke dish out Karen phir is pe fry ki hue pyaz dalen,
- Or is pe lemon dal ke garma garam chapati ke sath paish Karen.
