  1. Prepare 250 gms Kabuli chana
  2. Provide 3 onions
  3. You need 3 tomatoes
  4. Use 1 tbsp coriander seeds

  6. Provide 1 tsp anardana
  7. You need 1/2 inch ginger
  8. Provide 7-8 cloves garlic
  9. Take 1 pc dalchini
  10. You need 7 blackpeppercorns
  11. You need 5 cloves
  12. Provide 2 bay leaves
  13. You need 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  14. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Take 1 tsp garam masala
  16. Use to taste Salt
  17. Prepare 11/2 tsp kasuri methi
  18. Provide 5 tsp coriander finely chopped
  19. Get For puris:
  20. You need 1 cup maida
  21. Take 2 cups wheat flour
  22. You need 11/2 tsp ajwain
  23. Get to taste Salt
  24. Take Oil for frying
Instructions to make Chole Masala & Ajwain Puri:
  1. Soak Kabuli chana overnight and Morning boil it just adding water.
  2. Chop roughly onions and tomatoes.In a grinder add onions, tomatoes, coriander seeds, jeera, anardana, ginger, garlic, dalchini, blackpepper, cloves and grind everything to a smooth paste. Add very little water.
  3. In a kadai take 2 tbsp of oil and add 2 bay leaves and 3tsp corainder leaves. Saute for 2 mins. Then add kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder and then add the onion tomato puree. Mix well and cook till oil starts floating.
  4. Add kasuri methi, salt to taste, garam masala and boiled chana and add little water and let it boil for 10 mins. Garnish with coriander.Serve hot with puri.
  5. Puri is made using wheat flour, maida, salt and ajwain. Mix everything adding water and make a stiff dough. Keep it covered for 15 mins. Taken dough and rolled into big rotis and cut into cookpad alphabets and hat using knife.Deep fried them. Serve hot with chana masala.😋😋
