- Get 250 gms mutton keema
- Use As required Whole garam masala
- You need 2 onions, finely chopped

- For balls: boil mutton keema adding all whole garam masala in cooker till 2 whistles.
- Once done.. Drain all excess water from keema. Also, remove garam masala.
- Take this dry keema in a mixer jar. Add ginger garlic..grind it on jus pulse mode
- Take it in a bowl. Add all dry masala, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves, egg white, besan
- Mix well and make balls. Shallow fry it in medium hot oil.Keep aside
- For the gravy: take oil in a pan.. Add onion, garlic, fry till onions turn pink.
- Now add tomatoes. Cook till all masala is mushy.
- Cool and grind in fine paste
- Take oil, add whole garam masala, put finely chopped small onion. Fry for while. Now add onion tomato paste
- Add all dry masala. Fry till it starts leaving oil. Adjust consistency by adding water
- Once gravy starts boiling.. Add meat balls cook it for 5 mins on low flame
- Its ready to serve. Garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve hot with chapatti or bhakri..
