- Prepare 1 cup curd
- Get 1/4 cup gram flour
- Use 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
- Prepare 8-10 garlic cloves (minced or finely chopped)

Steps to make Methi-Matar Kadhi:
- Heat oil in a pan,add garlic,stir for few seconds, add green chilli, turmeric powder,stir well add chopped fenugreek leaves,peas and salt,saute it and cook covered for few minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare batter of kadhi - in a bowl add curd, gram flour, whisk very well, add 2-3 cup of water whisk again.
- Pour this batter to the pan,keep the flame high this time and stir continuously until it comes to a boil.
- Now reduce the flame and cook for 10 -12 mins.(stir in regular intervals).
- For tempering- in a tempering pan heat oil,add mustard seeds,let them crackle,add curry leaves,red dry chilli and red chilli powder, immediately pour onto prepared kadhi and mix.
- Methi matar kadhi is ready to serve, serve with roti, parantha or with rice.it is too delicious.
