- Get 250 gr beras

- You need Alat yg diperlukan :
- Prepare 2 lembar plastik ukuran 12x24
- You need 1 tusuk Gigi/garpu
- You need Lilin/alat press
Instructions to make Lontong Plastik Mudah:
- Siapkan bahan dan alat. Cuci beras sampai bersih, tiriskan. Tambahkan garam, aduk-aduk smp merata. Didihkan air di panci besar.
- Masukkan beras ke plastik sampai setengah dari panjang plastik (Saya suka lontong yg tidak terlalu keras). Lalu tutup/rapatkan ujung plastik dengan alat press. (Saya pakai lilin).
- Tusuk-tusuk badan plastik yang sudah berisi beras di semua sisi, lalu masukkan ke dalam panci yg berisi air mendidih. Usahakan masukkan beras sampai tenggelam ke dalam air mendidih.
- Tutup rapat panci dan rebus selama 15 - 30 menit, lalu matikan api. Diamkan selama 30 menit dan jangan dibuka tutupnya sama sekali. Setelah 30 menit, nyalakan lagi api dan tambahkan airnya sampai lontong yang sudah setengah jadi tenggelam dalam air dan betulkan posisi lontong. Rebus lagi selama 30 menit atau sampai air mendidih yg kedua. Lalu matikan api, diamkan sebentar.
- Setelah didiamkan. Angkat lontong yg sudah jadi. Dinginkan.
- Siap disajikan dengan lauk pendamping.
