  1. Provide 1 cup maida
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  3. Get 1/2 tsp kalaunji
  4. Use 2 tbsp ghee

  8. Take 1 tbsp maida
Instructions to make Crispy Nimki:
  1. In a mixing bowl, take flour, salt, kalonji mix them. Then add ghee and mix all. Gradually add water and knead it. Make a semi-soft dough cover and keep aside for ten minutes. For making satha: In a bowl, add one tbsp flour and one tbsp ghee mix well. Keep aside.
  2. From the dough, take a medium portion and make a ball and roll it like chapati. Apply satha on it and roll it with your hand from one corner to another corner and to give a cylindrical shape. Now cut it into pieces of one inch.
  3. Press each piece with your palm and then roll it in a circle. Then apply the maida mixture on the edges and fold it in the between. Then again apply little mixture and fold again to give a triangular shape press lightly with hand and prepare all the Nimki.
  4. Now heat oil in a kadhai and fry all Nimki in batches on low to medium flame. Transfer it on tissue paper to absorb excess oil serve with tea.
