- Provide 1 cup maida
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
- Get 1/2 tsp kalaunji
- Use 2 tbsp ghee
- Prepare as required Water

- Take 1 tbsp maida
Instructions to make Crispy Nimki:
- In a mixing bowl, take flour, salt, kalonji mix them. Then add ghee and mix all. Gradually add water and knead it. Make a semi-soft dough cover and keep aside for ten minutes. For making satha: In a bowl, add one tbsp flour and one tbsp ghee mix well. Keep aside.
- From the dough, take a medium portion and make a ball and roll it like chapati. Apply satha on it and roll it with your hand from one corner to another corner and to give a cylindrical shape. Now cut it into pieces of one inch.
- Press each piece with your palm and then roll it in a circle. Then apply the maida mixture on the edges and fold it in the between. Then again apply little mixture and fold again to give a triangular shape press lightly with hand and prepare all the Nimki.
- Now heat oil in a kadhai and fry all Nimki in batches on low to medium flame. Transfer it on tissue paper to absorb excess oil serve with tea.
