- Take 1 cup rice
- Take 1 cup sugar
- Provide 1-11/2 tb spn pure ghee
- Take 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

- Heat ghee in kadhai add sliced cashews and fry it.. Remove it from ghee.
- Add cloves in same ghee. Add rice, sugar and orange colour.. Mix it well.
- Cook it till sugar syrup absorbs and rice become soft. Add cardamom powder and chopped almonds,Safforn strands in it. Add grated coconut also.cook it for 2-3 minutes.
