- Provide 500 Grams Chicken
- Prepare 3 Onion
- You need 3 Green Chillies
- You need 3 Tablespoons Coriander Powder

- Dry roast the coriander till its almost black. roast on low flame so it doesn't get burnt, keep aside.
- Heat Oil,add sliced onions,fry the onions till brown. Add the ginger garlic and the garam masala. Now add the roasted coriander powder. saute for a minute.
- Add the chicken and salt to taste. Sauté for 2 mins and add potato.Water is not added in this dish,chickens throw up water and it gets cooked in the same.
- Lid on and cook in slow flame for around 20 mins. When chicken is cooked add pepper powder. Garnish with coriander leaves.
