The ingredients needed to prepare Ilish Maacher Matha Diye Kochu Shaak:
- Prepare 2 Piece Hilsa fish head
- Provide 200 gm Kochu Shaak
- Get 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Get to taste Salt
- Provide 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- Prepare Mustard Oil
- Take 1 Tsp Gur
