  2. Provide 3 cups water
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup sugar
  4. Get 20 cashews (broken)
  5. You need 20 rasins
  6. Prepare 2 tsp ghee
  7. Use 1 tsp pineapple essence/ cardamom powder
  8. Provide 1 pinch yellow/orange food colour

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Roast cashews and raisins separately and set aside. (I used roasted vermicelli in case your using normal vermicelli roast in ghee after removing raisins and set aside.)

  3. When it boils add Vermicelli and salt. Cook till soft.
  4. Add the sugar and mix till it melts and combines together. Add the roasted cashew and rasins. Mix well.
