  4. Now take ghee, heat and add mustard seed, jeera, methi dana, hing, green chilli, dried round chilli, curry leaves and kashmiri red chilli powder, add the seasoning to the dal. Add jaggery and kokam. Allow it to boil.
  5. Now take the dough, divide it into small balls, roll it and with a knife cut in square or diamond shape. Add it to the dal. Boil till done. Now chop onions, serve in the plate, garnish with coriander leaves and onions. And drop a spoon of pure ghee and eat it hot hot.
