  1. Provide 1 Chicken Breast Fillet
  2. Take Garlic Salt *OR Garlic Powder and Salt
  3. Use Ground Black Pepper

  6. Use 1/2 Continental Cucumber *OR 1 Lebanese Cucumber

  8. Get 1 cup Cooked Barley
  9. Provide 2-4 tablespoons Salad Dressing of your choice *Today I used ‘My Buttermilk Dressing’
  10. Prepare Fresh Dill
Instructions to make Spicy Chicken & Barley Salad:
  1. Cut Chicken Breast Fillet into two thin slices, season with Garlic Salt, Ground Black Pepper and Ground Chilli.
