The ingredients needed to cook Veggie Masala Pav:
- Prepare 6 pieces laadi pav
- Take 2 big potatoes boiled and sliced
- Use 2 small cucumber sliced
- Take 2 medium tomatoes sliced
- Prepare 5 spring onion white side sliced
- Prepare 6 tbsp ghee/butter
- Use 2 tsp chat masala
- You need 6 tbsp red garlic chutney
- Use 2 tbsp doing onion greens chopped
- Provide 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- Take For red garlic chutney
- Provide 100 gms garlic cloves
- Get 4 Kashmiri dry red chilli
- Use 1 tsp jeera
- Provide 1/2 tsp salt
- Use 2 tbsp water to make paste
Steps to make Veggie Masala Pav:
- For garlic chutney in a mixture jar put soaked red chillies, jeera, garlic cloves and salt and blend the it into a smooth paste using water, the garlic chutney is ready. Dilute this chutney with a little more water for this recipe.
- For masala veggie pav, take a tava add ghee to the hot tava, then add diluted red garlic chutney to it and finely chopped coriander and cook it for 20seconds.
- Then slice the pav and coat it with the garlic mixture on the tava and keep the pav on the side of the tava.
- Then in the centre of the tava place sliced potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes and doing onion and just lightly coat the veggies in garlic chutney mixture on both sides sprinkle chat masala and let the veggies cook for about 2 minutes.
- Then fill these coated veggies inside the pav and roast the pav on tava for 30sec on both sides, garnish with coriander a the serve hot.
