The ingredients needed to prepare Laadi Pav Bread:
- Use 2 cups refined wheat flour
- Use 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- Use 1 tsp Salt
- You need 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Provide 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil or butter
- Prepare 1 1/2 teaspoon Dry active yeast
- Use 1/4 cup Warm water
- Use 1/4 cup Warm milk
- Get 1 tablespoon Milk powder
Steps to make Laadi Pav Bread:
- Sieve both the flours, milk powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in a bowl filled with 1/4 cup water and milk each. Keep covered in a warm place for 10 minutes.
- When the mixture rises, pour it in the flour mixture and gently combine into a soft and sticky dough. Use water if needed.
- Knead it on a counter dusted with flour by strech and fold method for 10 minutes. Keep using oil or melted butter in between till the dough does not stick..

- Brush the paav buns with milk gently. Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes till golden on top.
- Remove them and brush with Butter, keep covered till used and enjoy.
