  3. Add chopped ginger, garlic, dry red chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add dry spices roast for 1 minute. Pour buttermilk batter. Mix well.
  5. Take a boil and add gram masala and cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes.
