- Get 1 ltr buttermilk
- You need 2-3 tsp besan
- Prepare 1 sping curry leaves
- Provide 2 red chillies
- Take 2-3 garlic cloves

- Add besan and buttermilk in a mixing bowl.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom won, add cumin, Methi Daana and hing and saute it.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic, dry red chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add dry spices roast for 1 minute. Pour buttermilk batter. Mix well.
- Take a boil and add gram masala and cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes.
- Heat one spoon oil in a pan add curry leaves and dry red chilli. Add this tadka on your kadi.
