- Wash and soak rice for half an hour
- Now wash and clean intestine.
- Now mix egg white and salt.
- Now boil 2 cup water.

- Now cook it in boiling water for ten minutes.

- Now let the rice get 80 percent cooked.

- Now add green peas,Moti,fried cashew and garam masala in it.
- Let it get cooked covered for 10 minutes.
- Now add fried onion,kewra essence, saffron milk and coriander leaves in it.
