  1. Wash & soak the rice for 20 minutes.
  2. Take a karahi,pour 2 tsp of oil with bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamoms & cumin seeds.When they crackleup,put thin sliced onions with ginger garlic paste & cook till they become pink.
  3. Now add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder & saute for few seconds.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes & cook till they become smooth.
  5. Add all the veggies except paneer with 1/2 cup of water,Cook till they become little soft on a low flame.
  6. Take a bowl,add mashed paneer,casewnut powder & 1 tbsp cornflour & mix well, give them ball shape
  7. Take a pan,pour oil in it & deep fry the paneer balls,Cook till they become golden,Take them out on a tissue paper
  8. After 20 minutes,add rice to the cooked veggies with double the water,If 1 glass of rice then add 2 glass of water.
  9. After a boil slow down the flame & cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
  10. Take a serving tray put cooked rice with veggies on it & garnish with cashews,paneer balls & coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot with curd.
