  1. Get 4 pieces less bone steamed fish. I took river pomfret
  2. Get 1 big sized chopped onion
  3. Use 1 chopped tomato
  4. Provide As needed Chopped coriander leaves
  5. Provide 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
  6. Take 2 chopped green chillies
  7. Use 1 tsp salt
  8. Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  12. You need 3 tsp mustard oil
Steps to make Fish Bharta:
  1. Smash the fish pieces and remove the bones as much as possible.
  2. Heat a pan add mustard oil, after hearing add onion to it. Cook it till transperent.
  3. Add chopped garlic and green chillies. Fry them for 2 more min
  4. Add the smashed fish to it. Mix them well. Add turmeric powder,salt, cumin powder, fish masala,garam masala mix them well. Cover with the lid and cook them for another 2-3 min. Serve it hot with rice. Good for kids also.
