- Prepare 5-6 garlic cloves Very finely chopped
- Use 2 tsp red chilli flakes
- You need 2 boiled grated and mashed potatoes
- Prepare to taste salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
- Take 3-4 tbsp corn starch
- Use 2 tbsp rice flour
- You need as needed oil

- Take oil in a pan - Add chopped garlic to it and sauté - Now add chili flakes and sauté.
- Add corn flour and mix well - Now switch of the flame and let it cool.
- Once cooled enough to touch add grated boiled potatoes - Add salt and pizza seasoning to it and mix well
- Now divide the mix into three portions and make three rolls - Here I added rice flour to make the mix little more crispy - Cover the rolls in a foil (individually)
- Keep these rolls in the freezer for 15-20 minutes
