  2. Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds.When start crackling add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and red chilli powder.Add 1 tbsp water and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.Add tomatoe paste.
  3. Add kashmiri chilli powder and amchure powder,mix well.cook on low flame till oil separates.
  4. Add soybean seeds,chley masala and garam masala.Mix.Add 1 cup water,cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.Adjust gravy consistency of your choice.Add chopped coriander leaves.(optional)Serve with puri/parathe.
