- Heat oil in a pan,add fennel seeds,fenugreek seeds and hing.Add chopped onion and fry till golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes,stir.Add water,cover and cook on low heat till soft.Mash well.
- Add powdered spices,saute for 1minute Add tomato puree.Add water and salt.Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes so raw smell of garlic is gone.
- Dissolve besan in water and add to the gravy.Stir well to avoid any lumping.Add water,stir continuously till boil,lower the flame.Cover partially to avoid oozing out of kadhi.Cook for 20minutes.
