Steps to make Moti pulao:
- For moti: Mix all mentioned ingredients in qeema and make small balls.
- In a pan take some oil and fry all kofte(moti) well until cooked.
- Now in a separate pot, boil rice with salt until half done.(Chawal ko 2 kanni per boil kar lain) and take aside.
- For Pulao: In a pot, add oil and fry onions until golden brown.
- Take some brown fried onion out and set aside for garnishing.
- In the remaining brown onion add ginger and garlic paste fry for 1 min.
- Now add all the spices and tomato add a little water and mix well so that the tomato becomes tender and oil separates.
- Now in this masala mixture add half cooked rice and mix gently just to coat the rice with masala well and cook for just 2-3 mins. Don't over cook.
- Now in a separate pot, add a layer of masala coated rice then a layer of fry kofte (moti) and again layer of rice.
- Cover and let it on Dum for 5 minutes on high flame and 15 minutes on low flame.
- Moti pulao is ready. Garnish it with brown fried onions and serve it.
