Steps to make Moti pulao:
  1. For moti: Mix all mentioned ingredients in qeema and make small balls.
  2. In a pan take some oil and fry all kofte(moti) well until cooked.
  3. Now in a separate pot, boil rice with salt until half done.(Chawal ko 2 kanni per boil kar lain) and take aside.
  4. For Pulao: In a pot, add oil and fry onions until golden brown.
  5. Take some brown fried onion out and set aside for garnishing.
  6. In the remaining brown onion add ginger and garlic paste fry for 1 min.
  7. Now add all the spices and tomato add a little water and mix well so that the tomato becomes tender and oil separates.
  8. Now in this masala mixture add half cooked rice and mix gently just to coat the rice with masala well and cook for just 2-3 mins. Don't over cook.
  9. Now in a separate pot, add a layer of masala coated rice then a layer of fry kofte (moti) and again layer of rice.
  10. Cover and let it on Dum for 5 minutes on high flame and 15 minutes on low flame.
  11. Moti pulao is ready. Garnish it with brown fried onions and serve it.
