Steps to make Boondi ki kadhi with aalu ki sabzi and roti:
- In a mixture jar add curd and besan. Blend it until a smooth paste. Now turmeric powder, black salt and salt in it and blend well. Keep aside.
- In a kadhai heat oil. Put mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds in it and saute for a minute. Now put hing in it and pour prepare mixture in it. Mix it well and add water. Stir it constantly and bring a boil on high flame. Slow down the flame and cook it until kadhi cooked completely.
- In another kadhai heat oil, put cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it. Saute for a while now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, amchur powder and mix well. Now add boiled potatoes in it and mix gently. Cook it on medium flame for a while.
- Now prepare chapatis, in between stir occasionally kadhi and aalu ki sabzi also.
- When kadhi cooked completely put boondi in it and mix well. Bring one boil and turn off the gas.
- When aalu looks golden brown add garam masala and hand crushed kasuri methi in it mix well and turn off the gas. Cover it and keep aside.
- Now all things prepared. Dinner is ready within half an hour. Serve hot.
