- You need 1 & 1/2 cups besan

- Combine the besan, rawa, puree, methi leaves, ginger-chilli paste, yogurt and salt and make smooth batter.
- Now add the fruit salt or eno to the batter. Pour remaining water over it and mix well.
- It should start getting bubble and pour mixture Iinto a greased thali and place thali in the steamer.
- Steam on a medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
- Insert knife in the middle and it comes out clean it is done.
- Turn off the flame and allow to cool for around 2-4 minutes.

- Heat oil in a pan add the mustard seeds, one they splutter add the curry leaves and chilli and for 20 seconds.
