The ingredients needed to make Hearty Vegetable Soup:
  1. Take 1 vegetable soup pack
  2. Prepare 1 Tbs brown onion soup powder
  3. Get 1 Tbs cream of chicken soup powder
  4. Provide 1/4 cup 4-in-1 soup mix
  5. Provide Salt, black pepper, aromat
  6. Provide 1 Tbs garlic
Instructions to make Hearty Vegetable Soup:
  1. Grate the vegetables in the soup pack(carrots, turnips, onion) and chop up the parsley and celery.
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil and add vegetables, garlic, salt and pepper. Allow to boil for 2 hours, topping with water as needed.
  3. Add in chopped parsley and celery and continue to boil for another 1-2 hours. Partially liquidize soup with a hand blender to make a semi-smooth texture.
  4. In a separate pot, boil soup mix till lentils/barley are soft. Add to soup.
  5. Mix soup powders with water to make a smooth paste and add to soup. Allow soup to thicken slightly (desired thickness).
