- In a saucepan,heat oil and onions for 1 min and then add the minced meat.Blend scotch bonnet,garlic and ginger,add to cooking minced meat together with maggi, dried rosemary,dried thyme,curry,carrots, green peas and Worcestershire sauce and add a little water and make a paste of corn flour and add to thicken it and continue to cook until done
