- In Kadhai add some oil and add methi Dana, Hing, Kadhi leave, Red chillies and onions slices till light brown
- Add besan curd keep high flame until it start to boil than let it cook for 30 minutes on lowflame while keep stirring it in bits. Now add pakoda, garam masala and ginger powder(Soth) and cook it for 5 minutes
