- Take For the Sauce
- Provide 100 g Onion, Chopped
- Use 150 g Courgette, Chopped
- You need 200 g Butternut Squash, Chopped

- Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric

- Provide 450 g Chicken Breast, Diced

- Spray a pan with frylight. Add the onion, courgette and butternut squash and fry for 2-3 mins to soften.
