- Take 1 cups besan for besan pakodi

- Mix 3 tablespoon besan in buttermilk add haldi.Keep aside.
- Mix water,salt and 1 cup besan make it fluffy and fry pakodi.
- Heat a pan with 2 teaspoons mustard oil add jeera,rai,methi, curry leaves and chilli powder fry and add besan buttermilk mixture.
- Mix and boil it add pakodi and boil it for 15 min.Your kadhi is done for tempering use pure ghee jeera and saboot red chilli serve hot with jeera rice.
