- Add hing, add ginger, garlic paste, add green chilli, curry leaves and saute well. Add the yogurt mixture and kadi boil for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the Okra to the kadi, salt, and Coriander leaves and stir well.
- Pour the yogurt Okra in serving bowl., add little lemon juice and garnish with Coriander leaves.
