- In a bowl put besan,onion, chilli,cumin salt ajwain,mix it.use these things litte amount, because for gravy these are also needed.
- Add some water,make it batter consistacy.
- Heat the oil in a pan,make soft pakode from this batter. Keep it a side.
- Beat the curd add besan 4 tsp,ginger,garlic paste, turmeric powder, ajwain,black salt,chilli powder, coriander powder.mix it well add 500 gm water.mix it with the help of beater.
- In the same (remove some oil from this.keep only 3 Tsp oil) heat it. Put methi,cumin, hing,
- Crackle it.add onion Fry it golden.
- Put all curd batter in it & stir it continues. 5 minutes.
- Boil it & add all pakode in it.
- Boil it 10 minutes more so that pakode will soak the gravy..
- Slow the flame add salt,& kasoori methi.remove it from the flame.
- In small temper pan put ghee,Heat it add cumin,whole chiller,curry leaves,onion,golden it.pour it on the kadhi.
