Steps to make Pakora Kadhi:
  1. Take a bowl. Add besan and curd together and make smooth paste also add lal mirch and haldi in the paste. Add water also. Now take cooker and heat it. Add refined oil, heeng, methi dana, rai and curry patta leaves. Now pour besan and curd batter into cooker. Stir it regularly and also add water while stirring. Let it take boil then add salt and citric acid. Cook it for 30 minutes. Then add pakoras in it and serve it with roti or rice.
  2. Take little amount of besan and curd in a bowl. Add haldi, mirch and salt into it. Make a thick batter by adding water. Now take a wok add refined oil in it. Heat the oil and make pakoras of besan.
