  1. Get 1 bowl handvo flour
  2. Get 1 cup Grated bottle guard and carrot
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup Green peas
  4. Take 1/2 cup sweet corn

  6. You need as per taste Salt, red chilli, turmeric and sugar

Instructions to make Nutri Pops:
  1. First mix handvo flour and curd and water and allow it to ferment overnight
  2. Next morning add spices and salt and sugar
  3. Add grated veggies and corn and peas
  4. Add coriander leaves and green chilli ginger paste
  5. Now in a tadka pan take one tbsp oil add hing then rai sesame curry leaves and peanuts sauté and add this tadka to th batter
  6. Mix it well and then in an appam pan add little oil and add around one tbsp of th batter in each as shown in pic
  7. Cover it and allow to cook on slow flame
  8. Cook on both th sides evenly till nice golden colour and crisp
  9. Serve it with chutney or ketchup or grated papaya
