  1. First take sliced onion, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pinch of yellow food colour in a gram flour. add water to make batter of pakoda.
  2. Now deep frying it and separate from oil when pakoda become cook.
  3. In a large pot take curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.mix properly.Add water and cook in a low flame.the mix will start to thicken.
  4. Then add pakodas and cook for 5 min in a low flame.Now add tadka on top. (in an oil add zeera and fry till brown add curry leaves,whole chilli,methi seeds)and cover the lid.
