- Use 1 cup white chikpeas
- Take 1 onion paste
- Use 2 tomatoes
- Provide 3 green chilies
- Provide As required Cooking oil

- Take white peas clean and soak for overnight or 6-8 hours. Then drain water wash and add 2 cups water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 5-6 whistle. Keep chickpeas liquid aside. Separately.

- Heat up oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion paste and saute it. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute it then add tomatoes paste, add all dry spices saute till oil separates.
