The ingredients needed to cook Andhra Sambar:
- Take as required For tempering–(mustard,cumin,hing,green/red chilli)
- You need 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Get as required Curry leaves,finely chopped coriander leaves

- Provide 1 small ball Tamarind pulp
- Get 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Take 3-4 Drumsticks

- Provide 1 tsp each Coriander powder and pepper powder

Instructions to make Andhra Sambar:
- Take a bowl. Add some oil and add ingredients for tempering, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste.
- Saute all the veggies, add little turmeric and close the lid. After some add little water and keep it on stove until all Veggies are cooked well.
- Add dal and tamarind pulp into the cooked veggies and wait till it get one boil.
- Now add salt,1 tbsp chilli powder,1/2 tsp pepper powder,1tbsp coriander powder,1 1/2 tbsp sambar powder. Mix it well and finally add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Andhra style sambar is ready to serve. You can have it with hot steam rice or dosa.
