Steps to make Kadhi Pakoda:
  1. Mix besan, palak leaves, onions, potatoes, carom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and amchur powder. Mix little water and make the batter for pakoda.
  2. Put oil in a wok. Let it become hot. Fry small pakodas and keep aside.
  3. Mix besan and curd nicely. Add water to it and add turmeric to it. Now take a wok. Add 2 tsp oil in it add mustard seeds, methi Dana let it splutter. Add ginger garlic, curry leaves and hing fry for few seconds and then add curd and besan batter to it.let it boil on high flame and then sim the flame and let it cook.
  4. After few mins kadhi will start becoming thick. Once the kadhi become thick add pakodas in it. In another pan add little oil in sim flame add kashmiri red chilli powder in it and then add it directly to kadhi mix it and add coriander leaves in it and mix it properly.
  5. Serve kadhi with rice or paratha.
