Steps to make Kadhi pakoda:
- For making pakodas, take onions chop them add salt, lal mirchi, ajwain, soda and leave it for 15 mins. When onions leave water add besan, coriander leaves and green chilli and mix. Use water if required give them the shape of a pakoda and fry till golden brown.
- For kadhi mix curd, besan and add some water and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee add Rai jeera methi dana green chillies, curry leaves and cook for 2 minutes, add haldi, hing and add the curd mixture. Mix well and wait for boil, now add salt, kasuri methi, coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice papad and pakoda.
