The ingredients needed to prepare Brinjal Gravy:
- Get 200 Gm Brinjal
- Provide 1 cup chopped tomato, Onion
- Use 6 red chilies,
- Use 3tsp Thuvaran dal,
- Take Urad dal
- Get 3 tsp Tamaraind paste,
- Get 3 tsp salt
- Use 50 ml cooking oil,

- Fry the Brinjal in the cooking oil and keep it aside.
- In another pan fry all other ingradients (dals)except Tamarind paste and grind it as coarse in the mixer grinder.
- Fill this powder inside the Full roasted Brinjal and keep it ready.
- In another pan add water, tamarind paste and salt. cook for 15 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and Onion. Add 2 or 3 green chilies.
- Then add the filled brinjals and cook for 10 minutes.
- Brinjal gravy is ready to taste. Ideal with Rice.
