- Now heat oil in a Kadhai and add the chopped onions and meat and cook till the water gets evaporated and the meat becomes soft take it out.
- Then again heat oil in a kadhai and add the potatoes with some saffron colour and fry till it becomes soft. Then keep it aside.
- Now place the rice, potatoes and chicken in layers, first put the rice in the bottom then put the potatoes then put the chicken then again put the rice.
- Now put saffron colour mixed in milk, biryani masala, rose water, meetha attar, 4 tbsp oil above the rice.
- Now cover it with a cloth then put the lid and let it cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
