  3. Then again heat oil in a kadhai and add the potatoes with some saffron colour and fry till it becomes soft. Then keep it aside.
  4. Now place the rice, potatoes and chicken in layers, first put the rice in the bottom then put the potatoes then put the chicken then again put the rice.
  5. Now put saffron colour mixed in milk, biryani masala, rose water, meetha attar, 4 tbsp oil above the rice.
  6. Now cover it with a cloth then put the lid and let it cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
