The ingredients needed to make Bhindi Gosht:
- Take 1/2 kg Lady finger
- Use 1/2 kg beef
- You need Oil for frying
- Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Take to taste Salt
- Use 1 cup onion
- You need 1 cup tomato
- You need 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Use 3-4 cup water
- Get 1 tsp turmeric
- Use 2-3 green chilli
- Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Use 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Take 4 tsp coriander powder
- Take 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
Instructions to make Bhindi Gosht:
- In a pan heat oil, add lday finger and fry until crispy. - In the same oil fry onion until golden brown.keep aside.
- In a pan add onion, mutton, ginger, garlic paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. - Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and mix it well.
- Add water bring it to boil, cover the lid and cook until meat gets 80% tender.
- Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and cumin powder, cook for 2-3 minutes. - Add water, cover the lid and cook until meat gets tender fully.
- Add fried onion, lady finger, garam masala and mix well.
- Add water and cook for 4-5 minutes. - Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and turn off the flame.Now it's ready.
