The ingredients needed to make Bhindi Gosht:
  1. Take 1/2 kg Lady finger
  2. Use 1/2 kg beef
  3. You need Oil for frying
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Take to taste Salt
  6. Use 1 cup onion
  7. You need 1 cup tomato
  8. You need 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  9. Use 3-4 cup water
  10. Get 1 tsp turmeric
  11. Use 2-3 green chilli
  12. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  13. Use 1 tsp Coriander powder
  14. Take 4 tsp coriander powder
  15. Take 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
Instructions to make Bhindi Gosht:
  1. In a pan heat oil, add lday finger and fry until crispy. - In the same oil fry onion until golden brown.keep aside.
  2. In a pan add onion, mutton, ginger, garlic paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. - Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and mix it well.
  3. Add water bring it to boil, cover the lid and cook until meat gets 80% tender.
  4. Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and cumin powder, cook for 2-3 minutes. - Add water, cover the lid and cook until meat gets tender fully.
  5. Add fried onion, lady finger, garam masala and mix well.
  6. Add water and cook for 4-5 minutes. - Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and turn off the flame.Now it's ready.
