- You need 1/3 medium tuber yam
- Take 4 pieces cabbage
- Prepare 1 tomato
- Use 1 small onion
- You need 1 boiled egg

- Wash your tomato, onion and cut it in a slice. Boiled the cabbage and divided each piece into two.
- Transfer the yam nest in a dish or tray, using pipping material add mayonnaise.
- Add boiled cabbage on it, then tomato, then onion then 2 pieces coated egg, then mayo on top.
- Serve with hot coffee or juice.
