- Gobi, boil potato,ko grated kar le or usme chopped chilli,kasuri methi, besan,or salt ko achhe se mix karein or chhoti chhoti goliyan banaye or usme chopped kaju, kismish beech me bhare
- Ab pani boil karein ja pani ublne lage tab goliyan pani me dal kar 4- 5 mins ubal kar taiyar kar le ubalne ke baad ye pani gravy me use karein
- Ab kadhai garam karein usme haldi roast karein
- Ab onion,red chilli,dhaniya powder,jeera powder, meat masala,thoda sa pani dal kar mixie me grind kar le
- Ab kadhai me onion ka paste or roasted jeera dale or low flame me 5-6 mints dal kar pakaye beech beech me chalati rahe jisse kadhai me chapke nahi ab usme tomato sauce dal kar 3-4 mint pakaye
- Ab usme ubala hua pani dale or 5 mint pakaye ab goliya dale or 3-4 mint pakaye
- Ab Gobi ke kofte taiyar hai dhaniya patti se garnish karein or serve karein ππ
