- Get 1 bowl rice
- Provide 1/2 Bowl chana daal
- Provide 1/2 Bowl tuver daal
- Get 1/2 green moong daal

Steps to make Sizzler khichdi:
- First of all take the above listed lintels and. Rice in proper proportions wash thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes.
- Now peel clean and chop the potatoes. Keep them in water. Peel the green peas. Chop the tomatoes finely. And dice the capsicum. preppre ginger garlic and chilli paste with A mortar.
- Now place A pressure cook on flame add oil once the oil is heated put curry leaves, bayleaf coriander seeds and ginger garlic chilli paste. After few seconds put the peanuts, then capsicum, potaotes and cook for few minutes on low flame now add the tomatoes, salt, turmeric powdr, red chilli powder and garam masala powder mix well and then add the freah green peas.
- Mix well and.then add the soaked daalsand rice mix thoroughly and add 4-5 -cups of.water. Cover the lid and.let it cook kn high flame upto 2 whistles and then cook on low flame for 5 minutes.turn off the flame. But dont open the cooker. Untill it releases the pressure on it's own.
- Now take A small pan for tadka. Add ghee heat it then add mustard seeds,cumim seeds, dried red chilli,pinch of asoefotida and pour it on the khichdi. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with A bowl of fresh curd.
