- Prepare 1/2 cup soaked chickpeas(Chana)

- Soaked overnight Moong and Chana in hot water. Now in pressure cooker add oil, as it got hot add pinch of assafoetida and add sprouts in it. Now add salt, red chilli powder coriander powder mix well. Now add water and let it wistel only for 2-3. - Our masala boiled sprouts is ready and take it in mixing bowl. Add onion, tomato, green chilli, chat masala, lemon juice and mix well. Now add tamrid dates chutney and green coriander chutney and mix well.
- Now to serve it take a papad cut it half and give a cone shape. Use water and stick edges to give a shape. Now roast it over the stove flame carefully or while rotating you can give cone shape to papad.
- In a papad add sprouted chat garnish with sev and enjoy it.
